If you're having any problems accessing an audio from any of the products you've purchased, download the audio file first to your hard drive.
Then all you do is access the audio from there rather then streaming it from the Internet.
To download audio files from the Internet here's all you need to do...
For a Mac:
Press the Ctrl + click on the link then "save link as" form the menu that appears. Alternatively you can also use the right button of your mouse, just right click the link to the audio file then select "save link as".
For a PC:
1. Right-click on the link
2. Select "save as"
3. Choose to save on the "Desktop"
4. Close Browser window and go to your Desktop
5. Locate the file on your Desktop (you will see the icon for the file)
5. Double-Click to open
If this doesn't help, please send the support desk (Technical Support Dept.) a ticket outlining the details of the problem. Please try to include the steps leading up to when the problems occurs and if there are any error messages.
